We are proud to offer a 90-day money-back guarantee for our medical device for sleep apnea. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 90 days from the date of delivery.

Provide your order number and a brief reason for your refund request.
We will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost to you. Simply print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.We do not provide pre-paid labels for International customers.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item, our team will process it through our refund protocol to ensure all components are present. As a regulated medical device, we must complete this required return process before issuing your refund using your original payment method. Rest assured, we do not redistribute returned devices. These are sanitarily disposed of after the complete return is confirmed.
Please allow sufficient time for your refund to appear in your account, as this period depends on your bank's processing times.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 90-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
