HANDLING

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. All orders will automatically come with tracking regardless of Standard or Express shipping. This means that from the moment it leaves our warehouse right through to its delivery, you can track it right to your door! We are not responsible for delayed shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses. 

If you are a customer outside of Australia, New Zealand, The United States of America, and Canada, shipping costs, duties and taxes, and/or customs fees will not be covered by Zura for replacement products under our 12-month warranty, or any shipments that have been lost or damaged in transit.

 

An invoice will be sent through to you to cover the shipping cost. Any additional customs fees are to be paid to the courier prior to receiving your shipment.
